This Historic ceremony and reception venue was built In 1907, the Loose Mansion was masterfully designed by Ella and Jacob Loose to host Kansas City’s most exquisite affairs. Today, this fully restored mansion with a remarkable history is still home to the most elegant of evenings.

Loose Mansion is a stunning, historic, fully restored mansion with an award-winning team of full-time, experienced employees devoted strictly to special events. Since our beginning in late 2003, most of our events are wedding-related, and we’re experts at what we do. We strive to organize beautiful, personalized celebrations in a manner that ensures each couple can fully enjoy both the planning process and their special day.
We take an inclusive approach to wedding planning. Our award-winning Creative Team will help you plan and customize important day-of details, such as style, tablescapes, layouts, timeline, menu design, and bar selection. During planning, we place a high priority on guest experience and look for opportunities to include special, personal moments that touch your heart. We include incredibly delicious food prepared fresh and on-site, a mansion full of lovely furnishings, a large room of decor options, all event essentials, and experienced, professional event staff to ensure your event is executed beautifully and professionally from setup through teardown. If you choose to involve any outside vendors, we will coordinate the full team effort on the event date and ensure they have access to the mansion, when needed.
